RECIPE | Baked Fries

If baking tastes this good, then I don’t ever want to deep fry my potatoes. Ok maybe that was too dramatic. But really, I just made a batch of baked fries that even my super picky sister liked.

Ingredients: 

2-3 potatoes

1 TB coconut oil

Salt, black pepper, lime to flavor

Directions:

Cut the potatoes in medium sized wedges (I like to keep the skin on if they are organic)

Toss them in coconut oil and salt

Bake them in the oven at 450 degrees for 45-50 minutes ( a little but longer if you like them extra crispy)

Squeeze lime or lemon with black pepper to taste.
