Overnight Oats

Mornings are so much easier when you have breakfast ready to go. Overnight oats has to be one of the easiest breakfasts to make, plus it has plenty of fiber and protein to keep you full and focused until lunch.

You can prep 3-4 mason jars on Sunday and you will have enough for most of the work week. Remember meal prep is key to a consistently healthy lifestyle.
