This has to be one of the easiest meals to make. It's filled with such deeply flavored ingredients, there's no need to do anything but chop them up and toss them together. The healthy fats, protein, and fiber in this meal will keep you full and focused for hours. I have had this for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack - well you get the point.
I always use Ezekiel bread because it's one of the cleanest breads on the market. If you have gluten allergy, Udi's gluten free bread is a great substitute.
1. Toasted Ezekiel bread 2. Avocado 3. Onion 4. Cilantro 5. EVOO + Sea salt + black pepper
Layer all the ingredients in no particular order and enjoy with love and gratitude.
