Mango Salsa


Go ahead, have as much as you want - it's detoxifying.

This salsa tastes so good, I've been known to eat just by itself. I mean it's technically a salad since it's all vegetables - right?

All the ingredients are VERY detoxifying and much cleaner than the store bought salsa. Cilantro helps detoxify heavy metals from the body AND helps eliminate bloat. I eat it as often as I can.

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup diced mangoes

1/2 bunch cilantro

1 tomato diced

1/2 cup onion

1 lime or lemon

sea salt to taste

Add ons:

1/2 cup black beans

1/2 cup chopped avocado

INSTRUCTIONS:

Chop up all the ingredients and mix it together in a bowl.

Enjoy with any Mexican dish - nachos, tacos, burritos, etc.
