Watermelon Limeade

Watermelon juice has to be one of my favorite drinks. It's refreshing, clean, and takes literally 3 minutes to make. Plus, it fills me up since it has tons of fiber and water.  This drink is powerful for cleansing and detoxing the body. Sometimes I drink it by itself as a refreshing snack, other times, with meals when I crave something sweet.  Hits the spot either way. 


Benefits of watermelon:

Decreased inflammation

Helps with weight loss

Reduces muscle soreness

Improves digestion

Keeps your regular 

Is heart healthy


Benefits of Lime:

Rejuvenates skin

Aid digestion

Fights infections

Weight loss

Reduces inflammation




1. 4 cups chopped watermelon (chilled)

2. 1/4 cup fresh lime juice



1. Place both ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth

2. Enjoy with love and gratitude.
